Gold is good. E-gold charges a 1% transaction fee up to a maximum of 50 cents (US$) that is deducted in e-metal. If you don't have an account sign up here for free!
Via PayPal's donation system. PayPal will charge me a 2.9% fee plus $0.30 per transaction.
Via Amazon.com's Honor System. Amazon.com will charge me a 15% fee plus $0.15 per transaction.
